1.Our commitment
We want bonjoy.com to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of how we design and build the website, not as a separate step.
2.Standard we work toward
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have not had the website independently audited, so we do not claim full conformance. Where we find gaps, we fix them as part of our regular updates.
3.What we do
- Use semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and labelled page regions.
- Support keyboard navigation with visible focus states.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images, and hide decorative illustrations and animations from screen readers.
- Use text and background colors chosen for readable contrast.
- Label form fields and show errors in text, not by color alone.
- Build layouts that work at different screen sizes and when text is enlarged.
- Respect the reduced motion setting in your operating system for most animations.
4.Known limitations
Some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible:
- The meeting booking tool on our contact page is provided by Cal.com and embedded from its service. We cannot fully control its accessibility.
- Embedded videos are provided by Wistia. Some videos may not have captions.
- Some animated illustrations keep moving when reduced motion is turned on. They are decorative and do not carry information.
- Some older articles may contain images without detailed descriptions or tables that are hard to navigate with a screen reader.
If one of these affects you, use our contact page and we will help another way, for example by scheduling a meeting for you.
5.Compatibility
The website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and with common screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver.
6.Feedback
If you run into an accessibility barrier on the website, please tell us through our contact page. Include the page address and a short description of the problem. We read every report and use it to prioritize fixes.
